Firstly, Bitcoin Cash is not decentralized because of its centralized development team. While Bitcoin Cash was forked from Bitcoin in 2017, it has maintained a centralized development process. The development team, known as the Bitcoin ABC (Bitcoin Cash ABC), has the authority to make decisions regarding the future of the network.
